Hi All
I have a V6.1 call manager that is not in support and is unlikely to be either ...long story!!!
Anyway...The platform has a fault(s) that I would like to attempt to rectify...
Initially the fault was a SQL replication issue ( i think) basically when a change was made via the web admin interface, the change itself would not get reflected on the device...ie .change the config of a device ie phone template, DN change etc. os admin confirms that it is successful but it does not get reflected on the device.
Things have since got worse..I can now longer log onto CM admin, as the system thinks the password is incorrect...when it definately is not!!!
I can log onto OSADMIN using the admin password but that's it....
Any ideas anyone ?
Thanks

Hi,
Can you check replication status by running this from CLI..
admin:show perf query class "Number of Replicates Created and State of Replication"
You can reset password by below command.
admin:utils reset_ui_administrator_password
Thanks

Apart from trying to fix the password issue as suggested by Manish, i wanted to add that there is a prominent bug in 6.1.x releases where changes from cucm admin page are not reflected on the phones. This either needs a ccm service restart as a workaround or as a permanent fix you can upgrade to version 6.1.5 as of now.
