Prior to our upgrade to CCM 9.0, my users could go the the ccmuser webpage and create their own speeddials and such. Then I upgraded to 9.0 and now it appears that all the end user can do is use the page to do a call forward all.
Is there something that I need to do to be able to let my users manage their own speeddials and personal directories again?
Thanks
Gene

That helped me figure it out. Evidently when I upgraded to version 9.0, the Enterprise Parameters all were set to False and so I wasn't seeing what I needed for tabs.
However, the method for creating Speeddials is really a lot more difficult in the new CCMUser interface than it was in the old one and is not very intuitive.
Thanks for the great response.
