CUCM, will changing mobility svc parameter cause phones to restart?

We're running cucm 14.0.1.13900-155, We'd like to change the default for device mobility phone on phones.  

Question:  will phones reset when the default device mobility service parameter is changed?

No.

No, however, the help for the Service Parameter states that the CallManager Service must be restarted for the change to take effect on currently registered phones. So the act of changing the parameter will not reset the phones, but restarting the CallManager service will reset the phones.
