CUCM11.5 7841 SIP delay before taking in the digit 6

hi,

I'm having an issue reported by a location that when the press the  digit 6 on any phones, it either takes a while for it to show on the display or not being tking in at all if dialing rapidly.

 

Any ideas?

Hello,

 

What is the firmware version you are running on 7841 Phone ? 

Can you try upgrading one of the phones to latest SIP 12.1(1) release [ if not running already ] and check if you see the issue on that version.
