In our organization we recently migrated one site to another cluster. Everything is working fine apart from the CUE is not working correctly
CUCM 8.6
CUE 7.0
CUE can negotiate with weblogin and jtapi fine and also all CTI ports are registered but some reason CTI ROUTE POINT is not registered. I have done following things but no luck.
Please help me where I am wrong
Restarted CTI Mangaer
Restarted CUE couple of times
Associate and deassociated jatapi account
But no luck

1.check the jtapi user associate with cti route point
2.make sure the cti route point DN number same as you configured in CUE

check the Voice mail > Call handling: Voice mail phone number.
By the way, did you check whether this combination is supported at all - I mean CUCM 8.6 and CUE 7

Sorry I am not sure what do you mean. For example if cti route point DN number is 88888 how we can configure in CUE. Do you mean as a user?
If you dont mind can you please explain this point?
