I am in need to create CUE 8.6 voicemail boxes that don't have phones attached and can be directly accessed from the PSTN. My plan is to create an auto attendant that gives a greeting then asks to enter the 4 digits of the mailbox you need to reach. I would use the dial-by-extension action to do this. In CME I would have dial-peers programmed with extensions that CFW to CUE. Is this possible to do the way I explained it or is there a better way?

Hi,
You are correct! As per me this is the best possible way to do it.

Another option is to just use the CME auto attendant TCL script which would not require CUE. But if you are already using CUE for voicemail then that would be better way.
