Hi
I am trying to upgrade CUE image by using CCA application. CCA try to start installation after setting TFTP server and other configurations on boot loader mode. But CUE installer could not be able to load from the TFTP server.
CUE to TFTP Server Ping request is succeeded. ping 192.168.10.20
CUE back up is also succeeded, all the CUE config backed up to ftp server. ftp://192.168.10.20/cue/
Hence I think IP config could not be a problem here. FW is also disabled.
Can you suggest me possible root cause?
Can we able to test the TFTP connectivity by transferring a sample file to the tftp server from CUE prior to start upgrade process?. In this case please suggest me the cli executed on CUE prompt.
Please see the attached screen shot for bootloader config during install.

Have you tried to do a TFTP download of a file from the server to the Router ? From the test you have mentioned, only FTP Backup has been tested. You might want to try TFTP to confirm TFTP is also working as expected.

Thanks for your reply.
No issue in downloading files TFTP Server to Router(UC560). Issue is in downloading server to CUE module connected inside router.
copy tftp: command of Cue is only for transfering running config or startup config. so can not test by transferring some dummy files to server.
se-10-1-10-1# copy tftp: ?
running-config running-config
system:running-config running-config
startup-config startup-config
nvram:startup-config startup-config
se-10-1-10-1# copy tftp:
Based on the TFTP result earlier, user can be informed in advance to check the connectivity before proceeding the SW upgrade.
