Hi, there.

My name is carlos and I'm having some issues with customization.

Is there any possibility to change the subject on the email template.

The default is:

subject: Message Notification

The router is running a Unity express version 3.2.1

Hi Carlos,

Sadly, "Customizable Subject Lines" is only currently available in Unity Connection 7.x;
