Hi,
I am facing issue with my unity express that whenever user tried to dial the voice mail pilot number then it is just ringing. User is not able to hear any of the prompts.I am using CUCM 8.6 with unity express 8.5 on ISM module. Earlier it was working fine, users were able to hear the voice mail and auto attendant. but now it is not working. My CTI route point and CTI ports are showing as registered.
Please help me on this issue.

What is the codec used between the IP Phones and the CTI Ports?

I am using G711 codec between IP phone and CTI ports.

Issue has been resolved after restoring the backup on CUE. now it is working fine.
