• how many cue ports get used in a call transfer? If a call comes in hits auto attendant, gets transfered to phone  extension then to voicemail, how many cue ports get used in the call

Hi,

When the call lands on the CUE port the same port is used to transfer the call so in a nutshell only one port is involved in a auto-attendant transfer.
