CUE question

In order to sent call to CUCM, i have following options.

FXO Ports and CUE, i can configure CTI Route point and point it by plar connection.

E1 line and CUE, i can configure voip dial-peer and make destination pattern.

Lets say if i dont have CUE then and i have FXO lines. How can i manage to coonect it to CUCM.

I have made h323 gateway.

CUE, Cisco Unity Express, really doesn't have anything to do with call routing. 

To do what you're asking, create a dial peer to CUCM that the connection plar on the FXO port will match.
