Hi guys,
I need your help here. I was recently asked for a solution to which I was absolutely stumped. This is what the customer requested...and it's with regards to CUE/UC500
Whenever we go to retrieve our Voicemail, we receive the following message: First new message, sent today at <time>, from <person>.
The customers request is not to have this but to be able to retrieve the message directly.
Is this possible on the CUE/UC500 and if yes, how do I go about it?
I tried searching for the options available on voicemail but came across this...which isn't very helpful.

You can press 1 a few times to go to the menu, but the voicemail application is not customizable.

Thank you for finding the command, sorry to have spoken incorrectly.
I'm asking to have my check and rating removed :)
