Hi, hope someone can point me in the right direction.
I am unable to make a call to CUE. When I dial the pilot number I get unknown number on the screen of the soft phone. I can ping cue and I have completed the cue initialisation. and added the dial-peer.
I have attached show run of CUE and CME.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Craig.

Hi Craig,
Can I recommend something without you taking offense. A good network 'person' should:
- try to troubleshoot problems first, with using logic. What have you done in that sense ?
Then if unsuccesful and looking for other's advice:
- only include pertinent information. Eg, not full configuration not needed in this case.
- include pertinent traces. Not done here.
Otherwise you would be simply looking for someone to fix you configuration mistakes, as this is the cause with 100% certainty here.

I see your point maybe I should have explained:
Under telephony-service I have included
telephony-service
voicemail 4001
I have created a dial peer pointing at the CUE module. Then debug dial-peer to make sure the correct one is being selected and it is.
dial-peer voice 1100 voip
description ** cue voicemail pilot number **
destination-pattern 4...
b2bua
voice-class sip outbound-proxy ipv4:10.1.20.1
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.1.20.1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
no vad
!
Also checked the config on the CUE module that is correct.
ccn trigger sip phonenumber 4001
application "voicemail"
enabled
maxsessions 24
end trigger
I am able to ping cue 10.1.20.1 from the LAN data and voice networks. able to access cue web gui.
Cue is initialised with a voicemail box and I’m using a phone registered that is able to make outgoing calls.
I guess my next step is looking at possible bugs.

No, you still have to exclude possible mistakes.
Start removing unncessary "voice class" and "b2bua" under DP.
The if still trouble take "debug ccsip messages" with "term mon".
Yes IOS has many surprisingly basic bugs, but never assume you ran into one when thing aren't working at first.
