Recently installed CME & CUE ver 7.1 and by default IVR ports are active.
I couldn't enable auto attendant. When i checked the options in cue it shows VM/AA ports 0 and IVR ports/session 2.
How to enable AA ports or how to increase IVR sesion to max 6 session?

You don't need the VMIVR-IVR-SESS, you can delete it and have 2 VM/AA ports.
Then you can buy the additional port licenses, or if entitled, obtain them on the cisco licensing portal.

Have reloaded the module after installing licenses?
Can you include "show license status application" and "show license all". That is done with CUE CLI, not GUI.

Thanks for your reply. Reloaded the module many times but no luck.

Show license status application voicemail ?

When i enable the evaluation license for voicemail, IVR becomes inactive.
Our requirement is to have AA or IVR. At present we dont require voice mail service.
I configured call in number for AA but when i dial from IP phone it gives out busy tone. The reason for that i beleive no license for AA port (but not sure).
