I have an issue where on the receptionist AC, it keeps losing the SEP info on the user.

If you r click on a user in the directory and select contact details, then click on contact numbers, the SEP is now missing.  If we put it back in, it will disappear, and we can't figure out why.

Which release of CUCM are you running - 8.6 ? I can't tell for sure, but I recently handled a case where 8.6(2a) was used and nothing then problems with the attendant consoles. I noticed issues with CTI - after upgrading to 8.6(2a)SU2 all issues went away and the attd consoles are now stable (that is upgrade from 8.6.2.20000-2 to 8.6.2.22900-9).

Again - not sure that's your problem, but avoid using 8.6(2a) with the attd console.
