Hi,
I'm having an issue with Call transfer on the CUEAC application.
When calls are transferred through to internal users from the application the user will see the calling number of the CUEAC controlled CTI ports instead of the calling number of the external caller.
I know this problem has been previously discussed and the answer appears to be a registry key tweak (Direct Transfer) but I'm having a problem finding the registry key.
I've deployed CUCM 8.6.2, CUEAC 8.6.2.11 and tried looking at the registry of both the CUEAC server and the Client but can't find it anywhere.
Can anyone help me please?

Rob,
I must have had a slightly corrupt installation because I couldn't see the registry key on the PC I was working on.
I found it in the location specified in the above links.
