Your options are to either upgrade to CUACA, use the serverless AC (CUACS) and keep on CUCM 11.5, or as you mention, rollback your CUCM to 9.1 to look into the CUEAC upgrade, and keep it working.
You can find all the documentation on the ACs on cisco.com, the install and configuration guide contains all the info regarding CUCM compatibility.

so what you say is I need to roll back my CUCM ver 11.5 to ver 9.1.2 until the customer has changed the CUEAC 9.1?

Hi,
From version 10.x onwards CUEAC is not supported. You will have to use advanced version or standard version.
