Dear All
We have a CUOM running in live environment and are facing multiple issues but the more severe of these issues is ..
1.CUOM stops sending alerts and notifications and once this happens we have to reboot the system and it starts working fine the cumulated alerts and notifactions are pushed. What causes this issue and does anyone know its resolution? What services can i restart so that i wont have to restart the server?
2. I am unable to add ip phones in CUOM.

Hello Hasan,
Try to restart the daemon manager for the changes to take effect. from the command line .
net stop crmdmgtd
net start crmdmgtd
wait a minutes and then open Application .

The Phone's are discovered over the cluster(s) you add to CUOM.
