CUPC 8.5 is not working with VM

Hello,

I am having Presence 8.6 with CUPC 8.5 deployed into network. I need to integrate CUPC Client with Unity Server 7.0.

My CUPC Client is not able to find out Unity Server. Kindly see the attached.

When i tried to find out ports running on Unity Server, i find that Unity Server is not running 143 & 443 ports. Kindly see the attached.

First thing I notice is that you need to configure mailstore to point to your Exchange server and not the Unity server.  You will need to make sure the CUPS server has the voicemail servers and the correct profiles configured and then have those profiles applied to the CUPC users as well.
