Hello Friends,

I have CUCM version 7.1.5.10000-12 and directory service is down.

The message in display phones show: CUSTOM CISCO ERROR PAGE”  –  “CISCO SYSTEM – ERROR REPORT.

I try connect for web explorer, but i can´t start session. Trough SSH session the comand utils service list show "all service started"

How can i turn directory up?

Just restart Tomcat from the SSH CLI

admin: utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
