I'm running CUCM 11.0 with 4 subscribers and I'm trying to test a custom music on hold .wav file on my desk phone. I've loaded it on the publisher and all subscribers via CUCM-->Media Resources-->MOH Audio File Management. I then created a new MOH server audio source, that references the new source file. Lastly, i selected the new audio source in the phone's configuration page, in both the User and Network Hold MOH Audio Source fields. I then save and apply the config, then restart the phone. I place a test call to the phone, pick it up and put the call on hold. . . silent. No music.
I'm using Audacity software for recording and editing. It's a about a 2 minute long .wav file with the following attributes:
Stereo
32-bit float sample format
44100Hz rate
Anyone know what might be preventing this from playing? Does it need to be formatted in specific way in order to playback?

Configuration looks good, check for file specification.
