May I know how to upload custom ringtone for 3905 Model phones? is it supporting it from Ringlist.xml? I cannot see the ringtone mentioned in ringlist.xml. We would like to add our own ringtone to 3905 model...

Hi,
Is this affecting all your phone models or just 3905?
I suggest you to backup your current ringlist.xml through cli command file get tftp Rilglist.xml, then delete from tftp list, in the OS Admin page the following files:
Ringlist.xml
Ringlist-wb.xml
RingList.DAT
Ringlist-wb.xml.sgn
Ringlist.xml.sgn
After that upload your custom Ringlist.xml and restart the TFTP service.
All files other than Ringlist.xml will be recreated after the TFTP service has been restarted.
HTH

I did the above activity on a subscriber node, but after restart no files are regenerated. Please suggest.

Hi,
Please let me know which version of CUCM are you running.
In the meanwhile..
Add the following line to a new file and name it Ringlist-wb.xml. Upload it to the CUCM TFTP / Dir and restart TFTP Service.
