Custom RTMT Alerts

I have successfully setup a custom alert in RTMT, however I have run into a problem that I am hoping someone can help with.

How can I set up the alert so it is based on the cluster rather than an individual server? As an example, I want to monitor transcoder availability and be alerted if it drops below a certain level. I can only select the transcoder based on the server it is registered to, which is typically the publisher. If the publisher goes down and the transcoder moves to the subscriber I have then last the alert.

For pre-defined Alerts (System Alerts) you can configure more servers to be monitored but looks not for custom. Option would be, to set the same alert from each node.
