Connection Refused by Remote Server...
However my IP is in the whitelist, last version from Cisco Unity Tools.
I've been using the Remote Port Status Monitor for several days, however now myself and 2 other users are getting Connection Refused by Remote Server, is there a Connection Service I can restart to fix the Remote Port Status Montior?

It's probably the database proxy service
The path is as follows;
Unity Connection Serviceability > Tools > Service Management > Select Server > Optional Services >Connection Database Proxy > Activate/Start

Everything was setup properly, Database Proxy Service showed started. I restarted the Database Proxy Service and was able to re-connect.
