debug isdn no output

I have one issue, when I debug isdn q931 on branch voice gateway, it says no resource available, what's the root cause and how to resolve it?

 

I debug in headquarter voice gateway, there is no output, what's the root cause? thanks

Your memory usage most likely is very high. Check it using show mem
command.

memory is normal and cpu utilization also normal

mem and cpu utiliz normal

Use CLI Analyzer to interpret the output of your show tech. It will
pinpoint resource problems.
