i am facing delay in dialing calls from Cisco CP3905 registered on CME. It takes around 10 seconds to connect the call. How to reduce this time in Cisco CME with SIP phone 3905 registered to it.

My first guess would be that you are encountering the interdigit timeout.
Suggestion: Start a new post describing your problem. Post a copy of your CME config and dial-peers (or better yet the entire config on the router...sanitized of course). That will get more attention than commenting on an old post.
