We seem to have a delay when we dial mobiles. Users dial the number, then have to wait about 8 seconds before they here it dialing?
Calling internally is ok. Any ideas?

Can you explain more about your scenario please?
Do you have CUCM or CUCME?
Whatever it is you have to check the route patterns, maybe one is overlapping the mobile pattern with more digits and the users have to wait the timeouts interdigit timer to send the finish string.
