DELAY IN SIP TRUNK TO ITSP

Hi Guys,

I have a sip trunk between CUCM and ITSP directly without CUBE involved. I have a signalling and media IP and incoming calls are working perfectly but outgoing calls have a delay which is constant. Sometime it works but sometimes it doesnt. I have CUCM version 9

what sort of delay are you experiencing? delay before you get a ring back tone, or delay as in choppy and jittery voice once the call is etsablished

Hi Dennis,

Its delay Before. It's like the trunk is waiting for more digits although the pattern is very precise and if I assign an E1 line to the same pattern the the call is immediate. I have even checked Urgent priority but still the delay.
