Delays on calling or receiving calls by VPN-Less jabber

Hi Team,

We are facing delays on calling or receiving calls by jabber, that the user will end the call and then we will get the notification.

For example, i got a call from somebody, I answered the call after 15 seconds it starts ringing in my mobile J

pls advise solution for the same??
