Hi Guys,
Since a lot of people come and go, a lot of devices and directory numbers are orphaned on the system. Since their AD accounts are deleted when they leave the company. Is it possible to auto delete, or at least generate a list of unused/orphaned Jabber devices and directory numbers? So if there is a device and directory number that has been orphaned for let's say 30 days, I think it's safe to be deleted. I am planning to run the cleanup in monthly basis for orphaned devices and directory numbers. Thanks.

No way to natively automate this, this needs to be handled offline to find out which numbers are within your dial plan and are now available. Best you can do is run CDR/CAR reports on the Jabber DNs and then weed out which have not been used, or run BAT reports and search for devices that now do not have associated users.

If you have the details of devices u can use python script to delete it.
