Desk Phone and RDP can ring at the same time in SNR ?

Hi all,

I have a CUCM cluster running on version 9.x.

I have configured the Single number reach (SNR) and Remote destination profile (RDP) and its working fine.

Can my Desk phone and RDP will ring at the same time in Single number reach.(At the moment RDP are ringing after 4 seconds)

If yes please share the configuration.

Yes, they can ring at essentially the same time. In CUCM go to Device > Remote Destination. Find and edit the remote destination. Change the wait value under Timer Information.

Can you decrease the "Delay before Ringing Timer in Remote destination .
