I am trying to figure out how to generate a list of numbers dialed.
We have the Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2
Thanks!

Hello,
Sounds like you are looking for CDR records. This link should be able to get you started.

Okay, that is what I had been digging around in. So that helps me make sure I am on the right path...
I have noticed that when I try some of the reports it tells me that I only have data from May 2007 to January 2008.... Has something broken?
I am a newbie to the CCM and have been given the task to get very familiar with it.
Thanks,
Ed

Hello,
Nothing is broken. May 2007 is probably when the CDR flag was set to "true".

How about the January date? When I select anything after January 2008, it says it only had data from May until January? That is what I am concerned about since it doesn't appear to have data from January up until today... Is data not being recorded somewhere? Settings to check?
Thanks again!
Ed

I figured out the problem.... The maximum number or records was reached. I corrected that and the data bases were also out of sych between the art database and the CDR database. I followed this article and fixed the issue. CDR is working again....
