device line settings for mediasense call recording as default

Is there a way to set the line recoding options as a default somewhere on CUCM 11.5?

1) You can use the BAT Tool to set the Line recording option for multiple phones.

2) Or you can use Universal Device Template and use it while creating any new Devices to Enable Recording on the same.
