Dial by name on CME with SIP Phones

I've got a CME 8.6 system with several users and SIP phones loaded.  My dial by name directory doesn't recognize any of the users.

Can someone point me in the right direction to make this work?

I've been googling but I expect someone smart has what I'm looking for!

Do you have a CUE ? Do you have users for SIP Phones added to the CUE ?
