I have used phoneview at one of my customer to erase itl files remotely, but this tool is also capable of remote control of IP phones.

We are using Phone Remote (http://www.voipintegration.com/Software/Phone-Remote/) to remote control the Phones.

You can place calls, write macros and press any button you can find on the phone.

A Trial Version is available.

Tried PRCUT tool. Works OK. You can view screen on one phone or emulate button push on multiple phones at the same time. Can be useful for ITL file deletion or background image update. Would be good if they'd offer a lab version of it.
