I have been given a bit of a challenge by the business.
We have a Cisco UC solution running v 11.0.1.21900-11
Handsets are CP-7821
We have one handset that is set to forward to a mobile phone for a very specific out of hours service.
The problem is that if the mobile is unreachable the call goes to the voicemail.
Is there some method to have the device profile call round a number of different handsets; ringing for a set number of seconds before going to the next one on a predetermined list?
Or can we have the system ring all the mobile phones at once and connect to the first one that answers the call ?

You would need to configure SNR to achieve that, associate the DN to multiple remote destinations and then have them ring, or configure multiple DN's with a single remote destination, and have them in a line group.
