Have you mentioned the correct IP address in session target under dial-peer 2101 at site A, I am asking because you have mentioned the same IP address at both site.

Suresh

Thanks Suresh for your reply,

here I am uploading sh runn of both side voice routers ..

Site A - Mumbai

Site B Meerut.

we are able to dial to mumbai to meerut , but meerut to mumbai is not working , request you kindly verify attached config.

Hi Sanjay,

The error code you get when placing a call from Meerut_UC540 is 63. This means service is not available. To resolve this you need to use allow connection feature under voice service voip. Please change your config like this...

Voice service voip

 allow-connections sip to sip

 allow-connections h323 to sip

 allow-connections h323 to h323

As you are not getting any toll fraud block error on debug message so ip trusted list wont required here moreover it do not supported on your current IOS.

Please collect "debug voice ccapi inout" from Meerut_UC540 , if call fails again.

Hi Manish,

I added commands as suggested by you but still there is no luck, I have attached logs .

Well you can take remote of my box , I can arrange remote session for same pls drop me ur contact details @ khuranasanjay@gmail.com

Dear, I think its replica of dial-peer for both sites. Plz attach the config of both location.

and also attach debug voip ccapi inout for only one call (from location A to location B) of both uc540.

Please check dial peers session targets as both sites are pointing to 192.168.2.1 this seems in correct of they are 2 different systems yet both pointing to the same IP ?
