I have CUCM 8.5.1 cluster and i activated the service dialed number analyzer on the servers and it all activated and started but when i try to use it form serviceability tools menu i can't find it , any one can help ??

Hi,
You are running into the bug CSCtn51403 Dialed Number Analyzer Missing on CM Business Edition 8.5
Symptom:
Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer Service is missing in on a CUCM BE 8.5.1 server.
Conditions:
This applies to fresh install of 8.5.1 Business Editions and upgrades from previous releases.
Workaround:
Contact TAC and provide remote access. If remote access is not available then there is no workaround on the current version. Workaround and fix is to upgrade to a version that contains fix for this issue.
