Dialing Out MGCP

Dears,

When i dail from my phone to any external  number at the time of dialing i get a busy tone but when i complete the digit of GSM number the calls complete successfully. Gatway is configured as MGCP protocol.

I dont know this suddenly started everything was fine till yesterday.

Hi Clark,

Do you get a busy tone after every digit ?

Is it a slow busy or a fast busy tone ?

Can you create a new route pattern for one specific PSTN number ( like 912125432222 )and select the Route List which contains this gateway and make a test call to see if the issue persists? This will allow us to narrow down the issue to this specific route pattern or route list.

Sounds like you have overlapping patterns with "urgent priority" checked, this is most commonly done with international patterns, so you'll need to review them and uncheck when not needed, basically any pattern that ends with !
