Anyone know a report or DB query that can show route pattern usage? We are changing our PSTN access code and want to see # of calls using old code versus new code. Currently both old/new codes are active.
Would have thought that the CDR "Route Pattern/Hunt Pilot Utilization" report could show this, but it can't. Export of CDR shows called number after digit discard instructions.
