DID for Users

Hi,

Our SIP link pilot number is 0114 XXX XXX . We have configured DID 0114 XXX XXY for 1111 number. Incoming calls are coming to 0114 XXX XXY number is directly going to 1111. Can I configure 1111 outgoing calls going through 0114 XXX XXY?

Hi,

You can configure translation rule which is accessiable using CSS_1111. This translation rule will manipulate the calling number.

CSS_1111 should be assigned to DN 1111 and the translation rule should be in PT_1111

External phone number mask on the phone is typically the way to go, alternatively calling party transformation can be used for one offs, etc.

You can just configure external phone number mask with this DDI number on the extension 1111. Ensure your Route list is set to use external number mask.. Just change use external number mask to ON.
