Hi all,

I have configured a 3800 router and the call Manager 4.0

I have DID configured but i rather use connection plar opx for the direct line.

when i call from outside (21202285) it gets alright to the extension (5200).

I want only the user of extension 5200 to use the number 2122202285 to dial outside.

Can u help?

The documentation on the link is about CME

I have a CCM not a CME.

and the 3800 router is my Voice Gateway.

I will appreciate any additional help.

My bad, at times I'm too focused on the CME.
