What are the differences between Service Parameters and Enterprise Parameters?

Hi Husain,
Service Parameters are required for activating /deactivating services on different servers in a cluster like we can select a server to have TFTP service active with call manager service as inactive on it while other server in a cluster can have tftp service as inactive with CCM service active.We can take example of CDR:
Under System -> Service Parameters
Select a server from the drop down box and then select the CallManager service
Set the ‘CDR Enabled Flag’ to True
Enterprise Parameters applies to settings for all devices in a cluster. we hardly make any changes.in these parameters.
Under System -> Enterprise Parameters, there are two parameters related to CDR:
This parameter specifies the time interval for collecting CDR data. For example, if this value is set to 1, each file will contain 1 minute of CDR data (CDRs and CMRs, if enabled). The CDR database will not receive the data in each file until the interval has expired, so consider how quickly you want access to the CDR data when you decide what interval to set for this parameter. The minimum value is 1 (which is also the default). Maximum is 1440. The unit of measure for this required field represents a minute.
This parameter provides a unique identifier for the cluster. Because the parameter gets used in CDRs, collections of CDRsfrom multiple clusters can be traced to the sources.The default value specifies StandAloneCluster.

+5 for Aman, basically enterprise parameters are some system global settings not necessarily applicable to any specific services, these relate to GUI appearance, CMuser appearance, etc, etc. You can simply look at the list as it is somewhat short, the service parameters on the other hand are extensive and include all kinds of global settings for call processing, database, extension, mobility, etc, etc.
