No. The MWI command is generic with either SIP or SCCP integrations. The visual or audio display of that MWI is at the descretion of the phone. If you configure unique directory number line appearences per mailbox on a phone you could then set the Visual Message Waiting Indicator setting differently for each line appearence though.
