Direct dialling outward

Hi

We have a PRI line with 10 incoming truks and 20 outgoing trunks with a block of 100 DID numbers.

I would like to assign line 2 of all executives phones with a DID number so that they can have direct inward and outward calls via this PRI

I understand how to do the inward part but am confused as to how I route the line 2 calls directly to the PRI in question when they select line 2.

Can anyone advise ?

Hi,

You can use a combination of trunk groups and corlist to achieve this...Here is a documen that shows you how to do this..
