Hello,
Directory gets missing from the phones across the site.
Phones displayed HTTP Error [500]!.
Directory worked fine yesterday but stopped working all of the sudden.
No changes made on CCME.IP Telephony and Phones, Unified Communications
System image file is "flash:c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M4.bin"
Address on url directories is reachable.
Please advise.

Have you tried restarting Tomcat service? If not give that a try and see if it clears your issue. You can also recreate the issue then pull a PRT from the phone and analyze the output, see if there are any cert or TVS errors.

Summary Steps
Step 1. Press the Settings button on the phone.
Step 2. Navigate to Phone Information.
Step 3. Press soft key Report problem.
Step 4. Select Other in the Problem Description.
Step 5. Press the Submit soft key on the phone.
Step 6. Browse to the phone's web interface and select Console Logs. Once at the console logs webpage scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see the Problem Report Tool Logs. Download the prt-xxxxxxxxxx.tar.gz file.

The system runs on Cisco Unity Express 8.6.6.
I have change url directories to the different one but phones still show error 500.
The DHCP provides the DNS therefore the phone should resolve the address in url directories without issues.
Cnf files deleted and re-generated, desk phones restarted.
Any other suggestions?
