I'd like to start by saying that I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, and if this is in the wrong forum. Here's the issue I'm trying to fix.
A user on my network has a 7970 and a 7965 IP phone. He would like to know if there's a way to prevent the touch screen from going black. I'm sure there's a way to do it, but I haven't been able to figure it out. I'm using CUCM 8.0.2.X. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Adam,
Have a look at the Product Specific Configuration Layout
on the Device page for these phones. It's probably the "idle"
setting that is coming into play here, but all these settings
have an impact on the screen display
Cheers!

Thank you so much. I figured it had something to do with the "Display On Time" and related settings, I just couldn't find the documentation on it. I appreciate the help, and will play around with those settings.
