Disaster Recovery CCX8.5

Hi, I have a virtual machine of CCX85 installed in a vmware, it has been broken and now it is unable to start.

When I click in start it begin to load all services and after few seconds stop and says to "restart to failure"   and i am not able to access via web to administration not Disaster recovery page.

There is not a snapshot , so with CLI how can I restore the CCX?

i have reinstalled the CCX, is broken.

Ivan,

What are you trying to do exactly? If you are performing a Disaster Recovery, you must have a valid backup from before and you must re-install the CCX Publisher, prior to restoring the backup. If you don't have a valid backup and you can't repair the issue, you must start all over again.

What changed to cause the services to not start?

I turned it off and when i wanted to start it again, the CD was into the drive, and start to reinstall software, when it was at the middle stop responding and needed to switch off again and switch on but now i get the message "installation failed"

I am trying to finish the installation and seems go fine now.

It was my mistake
