Can anyone tell me if there is a way to disconnect a call either through CCM or cli?
We have a paging system connected to VG224 and because we are a hospital we cant restrict any phones from paging.
Last week one of our patients dialed our paging number and didnt hang up so we had to unplug the pager until we figured out what was going on.
Is there a way to disconnect without disconnecting the power from our paging unit?
Thanks.

I have done this from the CLI > enable > port (of paging adapter) > shut > no shut

I'll give that a try...
Thanks!
Edit: That worked perfectly....
just out of curiosity, could I accomplish the same thing by doing a reset in CCM console?

Are your VG224's using MGCP or SCCP? It's been my experience that using the reset functionality from CUCM for MGCP gateways/ports is not always effective, so I use the CLI.
