Hi, If you are forwarding your calls thru offnet to a Cell Phone, can you receive the VM message on your Cell Phone and also receive an email with the VM message? The email could be the work email and/or a person email such as a gmail or yahoo email.
Can this be done?
Thanks,
Nancy

Hi,
As far as I know there should be one or another. When a call is picked up (VM) from the PSTN there´s no way to let the unity know to take the VM as well.
But if you miss a call from your Cisco IP Phone you can have 2 options:
1- You can get a notification letting you now that you missed a call , if the person who calls does not leave a VM(This is with a third party vendor)
http://www.telisca.com/docs/MCEA_EN.pdf
2- Integrating unity connection with exchange, The call comes in, nobody picks up, the call get forwarded to voicemail, the person leaves a VM, and when the person finish the call, the voicemail will be rerouted to your Ip phone, as well as your e-mail with the VM attached to it.
Please rate it if this helps.

3- As per gmail and yahoo, you will need to configure SMTP vmail to Gmail

Thank you so much.
These options are only for VM that is not sent offnet to a personal cell phone or landline, correct.
Appreciate all yout help on this.
